Professor A.H. Sheriffdeen F.R.C.S. (Eng), F.R.C.S. (Edin) DSc (Hon Colombo) is an eminent doctor and surgeon and a past President of theCollege Of Surgeons, Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka Medical Association. He is an Emeritus Professor of Surgery and Consultant General and Vascular Surgeon in Sri Lanka. He has retired from public service but continues to practice and operate. He has compiled our needs assessment reports after visiting and consulting directly with doctors in affected areas. You can read his reports here.
