We wish to confirm successful delivery of medical supplies, children toys, books, clothes and towels to the following locations:
28th September – Menik farm & Cheddikulum Base Hospital, 3rd September – Pulmoddai Base Hospital for the camps & 4th September Puvarasakulum Hospital. Listed below are areas that we will be working together with the area Base Hospital Doctors & Coordinating Office in the locations visited.
- Tarpaulins to be used for rain protection over tents, at hospital wards and on the floor of the camps
- Basic play/park equipment for the camps/zones – swings/slides/climbing frames, etc
- Rain coats for the essential staff & IDPs
- Caps for the IDPs – Wish to ask all corporates that may have caps,umbrellas from past events to help by donating items towards this cause. The heat is unbearable and these items would make a huge difference to their day to day lives.
- Regular stethoscopes – for nursing staff – standard model
- Steel cupboards needed to keep medicines safe from rain.
